My current research is in the area of knowledge representation and reasoning, with a focus on reasoning with defeasible conditional beliefs, the role of syntax splittings in defeasible reasoning, and belief change.
I am one of the organizers of the NMR online seminar. Furthermore, I was one of the organizers of the KoDis/CAKR Workshop at KR 2024, I was co-chair of Cape-KR 2025, and I was Track Chair of the Uncertain Reasoning Track at FLAIRS 2025.
I was/am in the programm comitee of KR 2023, KR 2024, KR DC 2026, JELIA 2025, AAAI 2024, AAAI 2025, AAAI 2026, ECSQARU 2025, NMR 2026, PRICAI 2025, KI 2025, FLAIRS 2026, SACAIR 2024, and SACAIR 2025.
Furthermore, I conducted reviews for the International Journal of Approximate Reasoning (IJAR), the Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research (JAIR), and the Annals of Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence (AMAI).
